I have two rental properties in East Bay whereas I live in South Bay. I was looking for an investment property in South Bay for a very long time but the prices here were sky rocketing.

We had pretty good experience with Aruna. She actually jumps into deal and make sure deal will go through. We were into very hot market where we were competing with 25 -30 offers but she could manage to win the deal for us and we are happy now though we had little concern over negotiation skills but lately we come to know that it was not due to her lacking skills but it was due to market strategy. Overall if she wouldn't be there I won't be able to enjoy my own house in bay.

This is our second review for Aruna. The first one was in 2014 as a seller's agent when she sold our townhouse for us. Based on our first experience with her, we decided to hire her as our agent when we started shopping for a house. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She was great at pointing out any possible flaws in houses that we visited with her. We have a three year old son and she made our house hunt quite easy for us by planning our trips ahead of time. Her negotiation skills are great too! She does plenty of homework in the neighborhood that you show any interest in buying your house and so she is quick to tell you when a house is overpriced. Aruna was with us every step of the way until we moved in to our new house and even a week after the move in, she messages us to find out if everything is okay with the house. She is not pushy and we love that about her. In our opinion, she will not sell you anything that she would not recommend to her own family members. It was great doing business with her for the second time as well.
