We met with Aruna after seeing her ad on zillow. Right away we felt very comfortable with her. We let her know our budget and which areas we were looking for and the best thing is she never deterred us from what we initially set forth. She started showing us houses right away and gave us a lot of tips and information on what is a good buy and what we should look for as first time buyers. We were looking at lot of listings ourselves as well and wherever and whenever we wanted to see a home, she was always willing and prompt.When we finally purchased a place she did a lot of the back work of getting us concessions as well as handling all the seller's demands without worrying or bothering us. My wife is pregnant so she was very understanding and did not put any further stress on us.

In short, we would definitely recommend Aruna or as we call her Aruna Aunty. She is very soft spoken but when it came down to negotiating she was very clear to the sellers about what she wanted to provide for us.She has great knowledge about real estate and made it clear what we should expect from the get-go. She is not only a great realtor,she is also a great person.
